Device-first. Your answers, scores and optional demographic brackets are stored in your browser's local storage. Nothing requires an account.
Minimal AI processing. When you request a narrative synthesis or a weekly dilemma, only your numeric scores are sent to generate the text — never a name, email or device identifier — and nothing is retained for advertising.
Anonymized polling. Community distributions are reported only in aggregate, segmented by broad archetype, never by person.
Your DNA file never leaves your device. If you load a raw 23andMe or AncestryDNA file, it is parsed in your browser and only a handful of tracked trait markers are kept — the file itself is never uploaded, stored or shared, and you can remove the markers at any time.
